What is your return policy?

Timeframe: 30 days for UK customers; 40 days for international orders.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

UK Returns Cost: We offer convenient UK Collect+ return labels. A fee of £3.75 (under 2kg) or £5.75 (over 2kg) will be deducted from your refund. Faulty returns are 100% free.

Return Address: Tracked returns are processed at our UK warehouse: Tail Blazers, Montague Mill House, Perth, PH2 7PR.

Refund Time: Processed within 7 working days.

How long does shipping take?

Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before noon (midday), and we will ship it the same working day.

How do I find the right size for my dog (UK Size Guide)?

To get a perfect fit, measure your dog while they are standing straight:

Dog Raincoats & Drying Coats: Measure the back length from the shoulder blades to the base of the tail. Highly adjustable belly straps ensure a snug fit.

Dog Drying Bags: Measure back length and shoulder height, then add 5–8 cm so your pup can comfortably stretch out inside.

Harnesses & Collars: Measure the widest part of the chest (girth) and the base of the neck. Our anti-escape harnesses feature multi-point adjustments.

All of our high-quality dog supplies are proudly designed in the United Kingdom and dispatched directly from our local UK fulfilment center.

When you shop with us, you are supporting a registered UK business (Xion Group Ltd t/a TAIL BLAZERS) that understands exactly what British dogs and their owners need.

Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland?

Yes! Because we partner with Royal Mail, our delivery network covers the entirety of the UK.

We do not penalize pet parents living outside the mainland with inflated courier fees.

Are your raincoats and drying coats built to handle British weather?

They certainly are. We know how unpredictable a classic British downpour can be!
